Consider this your guide for the journey ahead. Get the details you need to pack, plan, and make the most of Basecamp.
Who should attend Basecamp?
Any member of the Property Solutions or Vendor Partnership Team is welcome and invited. Property Solutions includes:

Please note that this is an employee-only event. Attendance is not required.
Day 1 - Conference Registration
The Registration Table will be located outside of the main meeting space. Members of our team will be at the table handing out name badges and swag. Please be sure to stop by the registration table during the breakfast time slot.
What should I bring?
Recommended but not required: laptop for breaks and downtime. Laptop use during sessions is discouraged.
Dress Code
Conference Attire
Dress comfortably while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. Examples include slacks, chinos, skirts, dresses, blouses, polos, sweaters, sport coats, and professional flats, loafers, or boots. Jeans are welcome if they are free of distressing.
Because meeting-room temperatures can vary, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Walking
The Trailside Talks session does require a location change. The Trailside Talks sessions will be hosted at the Asset Living Atlanta Corporate Office in reserved and dedicated conference rooms. The Atlanta Corporate Office is in the iconic King building, with a convenient walking path connecting it to the Westin hotel. Walking time: 5–10 minutes. Parking is also available in a deck next to the King and Queen buildings. Please note that parking can be challenging in this deck and we do recommend walking, if possible.

Happy Hour
The Happy Hour will be hosted at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North. Location at the hotel is weather dependent. If it is not raining, we will be on the patio overlooking the hotel's private lake. Please pack a coat just in case.
Evening Attire: Camp Casual (November 11)
Relax, get comfortable, and have fun with the theme! Casual attire is encouraged, including jeans, flannels, sweaters, vests, hiking-inspired boots, and festive camp-themed accessories. Feel free to embrace the Base Camp spirit while keeping attire appropriate for a company event.
Is travel or lodging covered?
Yes, Asset Living is covering your travel and lodging. You may be required to present a card for incidental charges only. This would be a deposit which is refundable pending no room damage.
Meals while traveling are reimbursable pursuant to the Asset Concur Travel Policy.
